BTS’s Suga Impresses Fans With His Acting Skill In A New Advertisement

The NBA recently released an advertisement for the NBA Finals, which begin on June 1.

The advertisement focuses on viewers’ investment in the games, declaring “WE ARE ALL IN THE FINALS,” by showing a variety of reactions from different fans and celebrities, including BTS‘s Suga.

On April 6, 2023, Suga was named the NBA’s new ambassador.

It wasn’t a surprise for fans that Suga felt this appointment was a “dream come true.”

Music and basketball have been shared passions of mine since my youth, and it’s a dream to be named an NBA Ambassador. I’m excited to formalize my relationship with the NBA, and I can’t wait to share some exciting collaborations I have planned with the league over the coming months.

The NBA explained that for his role as ambassador, Suga would be featured in their content and regularly attend games.

As an NBA Ambassador, SUGA will engage NBA fans around the world through the remainder of the 2022-23 NBA season and beyond. SUGA, an avid NBA fan, will participate in several league initiatives that will be featured on the NBA’s and his personal social media channels, including attending NBA games and events in the U.S. and Asia, and participating in the league’s promotional activities.

Suga’s acting in the promotional video was excellent, with convincing enough reactions to make viewers believe he might have actually been reacting to a televised game.
