CL Reveals She Wouldn’t Be Able To Say A Word If She Joined The Refund Sisters
2NE1‘s leader and current soloist CL appeared as a guest on MBC FM4U Kim Shin Young’s Noon Song Of Hope. There, she opened up about her upcoming promotions and the latest trends in the industry!
CL, who is preparing to make a comeback on October 29, stated, “It’s been a while since I’ve done promotions. I don’t even have time to be pressured or worried. I’ll work hard to film the music video and show you my best.”
Kim Shin Young then asked, “You’ve worked with Lee Hyori before. She’s currently doing Refund Sisters, I think you should join them.” To this, CL responded, “If I joined the group I wouldn’t be able to say a word or do anything.”
This was quite ironic for most listeners as they were used to CL’s strong and fierce image. How could the baddest female not fit in with the fierce queens of the Refund Sisters?!
CL also revealed her close relationship with the 2NE1 members. “We support each other a lot. Back when we were together, there wasn’t any point in supporting each other. Now that we are all doing things separately, we support and talk to each other often.”
She also expressed that the best thing to do is to focus on the present.
I think focusing on the present is the best way. Things that happened in the past or the future are all things that I cannot control. I am trying to focus on the here and now because time flies so quickly.
CL will be releasing her double single HWA and 5STAR on October 29.
