Netflix Horror K-Drama “Sweet Home” Will Reportedly Be Getting A Season 2

Sweet Home is coming back with a vengeance.

Netflix horror K-Drama Sweet Home is reportedly beginning to prepare for season two of the popular show.

According to an exclusive report from JTBC, Netflix has been working to begin preparations for Sweet Home 2. They have already checked the actors’ schedules to see what they have planned, and are planning to begin filming later this year so the sequel can be released in 2022. The cast members are currently expecting filming to begin in December 2021.

The main cast, including Song Kang, Lee Jin Wook, and Lee Si Young, are all expected to return for season 2. Previously, Lee Jin Wook expressed his interest in season 2, stating that if season 2 were to happen, he would like to show the growth of his character, Pyeon Sang Wook. Lee Si Young also was curious what her character, Seo Yi Kyung, what do with her baby.

Sweet Home was released in December 2020 and quickly became one of Netflix’s most popular series, both in Korea and globally.
