Netflix‘s latest drama Teach You A Lesson is facing growing criticism after a scene referencing breast reduction surgery went viral online. The controversy began when viewers shared screenshots of a dialogue exchange from the series.

In the scene, a character sarcastically puts down female students in her class by claiming “none of them need breast reduction surgery.” Although a student acting up by asking the teacher (played by Jin Ki Joo) if she’s gotten surgery done before was the cause of the argument, the teacher’s retort has since received criticism from netizens.

“Yeah, I got surgery. Breast reduction surgery. But it doesn’t seem like anyone in this class needs it, so I won’t be accepting further questions.”
