ITZY’s Yuna Spills On How She Maintains Her Figure
ITZY‘s Yuna is well-renowned for her stunning visuals and figure.
Her viral performance of Lee Hyori‘s “U-Go-Girl” left netizens in awe of how incredible her physique is.
But despite her ideal figure, Yuna admits she doesn’t workout much. Although, given Yuna regularly performs on stage or attends dance practices, she still does regularly get exercise.
Instead, Yuna follows one trick and diet to maintain her physique. The idol admits that she weighs herself both when she wakes up and goes to bed. According to Yuna, by weighing yourself twice, your weight doesn’t change much since you’re keeping such a close eye on it.
As for her diet, Yuna actually eats everything she wants. The key, however, is that she only eats small portions.
For instance, Yuna might eat a salad for breakfast.
But then she has anything she wants to eat for lunch and dinner up to six hours before she sleeps, provided she’s only eating half the amount compared to what she usually consumes.
