Many artists are cast during school festivals or walking around the streets of Seoul. However, this rookie was volunteering when he was picked up.
NCT Dream Jaemin was born in 2000, meaning he debuted this year at the young age of 16. Three years ago, he was a middle school speed-skater. One day he was doing volunteer work when SM Entertainment casted him.
Not the most common way to be casted but good things happen when you do good deeds, right?
He not only has the face of an angel, but a heart of gold.
Jaemin is currently on hiatus recovering from a back injury.
Hopefully he will be back to performing soon.
