Previously, Jungkook had encounters where his privacy was invaded. These increasing instances have had ARMYs already concerned, but a new threat has alarmed them further.

On June 17, 2019, Jungkook expressed his discomfort when someone called him during his live broadcast “Relaxing Drink After Happy Times.” He explained the situation to viewers.

This is a call from a fan. It’s saying ‘You’re doing a VLIVE and I just called to check’. What I do is, I immediately blocked the call. I actually get a lot of calls from saesang fans.

Similarly, he received calls ahead of The 2022 GRAMMYs in his hotel room. No one responded to him when he answered.

You’re watching the VLIVE, right? Who are you? Don’t do it. I don’t like the phone call ringing sound. I’m annoyed and it’s scary. I’m getting goosebumps.

In another live broadcast, Jungkook called out people who followed him during his private schedules. He was followed while heading home after going to the gym.

Recently, Jungkook was sent food without his consent. On May 4, Jungkook took to Weverse to publicly ask the sender not to deliver food to his house. He politely asked them to stop. If his request were not respected, he would take action.

Please don’t send delivery food to my house
I’m not going to eat it anyway.
I’m thankful for the thought, but I can eat well on my own.
So take care of your own meals, I beg you.
If you send it one more time, I will check the receipt order number and take action.
So stop it.

Now, Korean ARMYs believe they have found the person who sent the food. Instagram user @chu02859 has posted a series of horrible posts regarding Jungkook.

@chu02859 posted an image of a knife. The text overlaying it was a death threat toward Jungkook.

I will kill Jungkook
Just wait.

They wrote on their first post that they were the one who sent Jungkook the food to his house. They called him rude for refusing to eat it. @chu02859 reiterated that they could easily kill him.

User @chu02859 expressed that they were not concerned about ARMYs reporting them. Their account was private and they don’t believe they can be stopped.

They also created a Twitter account (@sunyong_v). They promised to update their followers regarding Jungkook.

@chu02859 has been updating via Instagram Stories too. Their Korean sounds like a translator app was used.

ARMYs have discovered that the user is actually known by another name. It appears that the person in question is actually Amina (formerly Biko, rigkj_holl, and swhgyt), an alleged 17-year-old girl. The foreign sasaeng allegedly lived in South Korea and obtained Jungkook’s address. ARMYs realized their current IP address is actually in Indonesia, so they hope that no harm can really be done to Jungkook.

Still, ARMYs are alarmed by the death threats toward Jungkook. So, they are urging HYBE and BIGHIT MUSIC to protect their artist. At the time of writing, there are over 14K related tweets as they trend “#ProtectJungkook” on Twitter.

ARMYs are also reporting the situation to BIGHIT MUSIC by emailing the company. They have detailed everything, including images.

We hope that Jungkook will be safe.
